Remote connection is provided using Chrome Remote Desktop which runs in the Chrome browser. The first time this is used chrome will need to add the extension to its browser.
Intructions
(1) Visit the secure url below
https://remotedesktop.google.com/support
(2) Generate Code
(3) Share the code with HDUK – whatsapp, sms text or over the phone.
(4) At the end of the support session either party will click ‘Disconnect’ – the remote computer will show a notification that the session has ended.
